1. App Information and Acceptance

By using our WhatsApp chatbot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Our WhatsApp chatbot provides the following services:

• Intercity Courier: Parcel delivery along Harare–Bulawayo route (stops: Norton, Chegutu, Kadoma, Kwekwe, Gweru)
• Bike Delivery: Same-day delivery within Harare (cut-off 1pm)
• Taxi Service: Shared transport between Harare and Gweru ($10 per person)
• Parcel Tracking: Real-time status updates
• Customer Support: Assistance via WhatsApp chatbot or phone

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Properly package items to prevent damage
• Not send prohibited items (illegal drugs, weapons, hazardous materials, cash over $500)
• Collect parcels within 36 hours to avoid storage fees ($2 applies)
• Use the chatbot responsibly and not for abusive purposes

4. Pricing and Payments

Current rates (subject to change):

• Small parcel (under 5kg): $5
• Phone or laptop: $10
• Bike delivery (Harare): $3–$10 depending on zone
• Taxi to Gweru: $10 per person
• Storage fee after 36 hours: $2

5. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver:

• Intercity parcels: next morning (available from 8:30 AM)
• Bike deliveries: same day if booked before 1pm

These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care with your parcels but are not liable for:

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Improperly packaged items

7. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be sent:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons, explosives, or flammable materials
• Live animals (without prior arrangement)
• Cash exceeding $500 (must be declared)
• Stolen or counterfeit goods

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our chatbot for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or sending prohibited items.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be resolved amicably in Bulawayo.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via WhatsApp. Continued use implies acceptance.
